SACRAMENTAL
Baptismal Ministry:
Parishioners lead informal classes for parents of the child to be baptized. The classes are typically held on the third Thursday of the month at the Parish Center and are a requirement for parents before the baptism of their child. Baptisms are usually scheduled on the first Sunday of the month during Mass and the last Sunday of the month at 12:00 p.m. Baptisms are not scheduled during Lent. Bereavement:
This ministry represents the parish in reaching out to our families who have lost a loved one. The members of this ministry meet with families to assist them in planning the funeral liturgy and often help in a variety of ways, with healing and care to bring comfort from our All Saints Community. Marriage Ministry:
Couples from the parish are assigned to meet with engaged couples who are preparing for the sacrament of Marriage. These sessions are usually held in the home of the host couple. WORSHIP AND LITURGY
Altar Attendants/Servers:
Both adult and school age, they assist the Presider in the Liturgy. Adult servers assist at the daily 6:45 a.m. Liturgy. Grade school children assist at the weekend Masses and at school Masses. To volunteer, please contact the parish office at 513-792-4600 or parishoffice@allsaints.cc.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion:
Ministers of Holy Communion distribute the Eucharist at weekend liturgies, as well as to area nursing homes. Hospitality Ministry:
Behind the scene organizers. They assist members of the assembly in finding seating, answering questions, taking up the collection, obtaining headphones for the hearing impaired and inviting members of the assembly to bring up the offertory gifts. Lectors:

Music Ministry:
By joining our hearts with the beauty of sound, this ministry gives melody to our faith through the power of music. The Music Ministry has opportunities for vocalists and instrumentalists of all ages, at any skill level. Our role is to enhance all liturgical celebrations by encouraging and modeling full participation as part of the worshiping assembly. Purificator Ministry:
This ministry helps with the laundering and ironing of the purificators (white Eucharist cloths) and corporal (altar) cloths. It involves a commitment once every 8 weeks or so. Please contact Teresa Hoying at 513-891-4604 or tehoying@gmail.com.
FAITH FORMATION AND STUDY (Children’s and Adult)

God’s Words of Wonder:
This preschool enrichment program meets two times a month on Fridays. Using Bible stories, music, prayer, play and discovery model of the Montessori approach, God's Words of Wonder seeks to instill a love for God's Word and a desire to know more about Him. Sunday Pre-School:
Sunday Pre-School lays the foundation for growth of the child’s relationship with God. The program is open to all parish children ages 3 through Kindergarten. Children’s Liturgy of the Word (CLOW):
This ministry is for children in grades K through 2, attending the 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. Sunday Masses. The children gather in church with their families. After the opening prayer, they are sent forth with their adult leaders to a room in the Parish Center where they focus on the day’s readings. After the Universal Prayer, they return to Mass and continue to worship with their families. P.R.E.P./F.L.O.C.K. (Parish Religious Education Program/Families Leading Our Catholic Kids):
PREP is the religious education program for students in non-Catholic schools, grades 1-8. FLOCK is the online version of this program. Click for more information on FLOCK. PREP typically meets from 9:15 a.m.-10:45 a.m., beginning in August and ending in May. A Summer PREP Program is also available, typically held in the mornings for a two-week period during the month of June. We also offer a home-school option. Vacation Bible School (VBS):
This is a week-long, summer, Bible-study program, typically held in June. It is a fun week of discovering Jesus’ miraculous power through learning, crafts and music. Youth Ministry:
Provides opportunities for junior high and high school students from any school to come together as a parish community with various events and special programs focusing on unique Catholic spiritual, service and social opportunities. Youth Ministry’s purpose is to draw our youth to responsible participation in the life and work of the Catholic faith community and to foster personal and spiritual growth. Men’s Fellowship Prayer Group:

Right of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA):
RCIA is the process by which interested persons gradually become members of the Roman Catholic Church. Women of the Well (WOW):

OUTREACH
Homebound Ministry:
Extraordinary Ministers bring Holy Communion to parish members who request a visit at home as they are not able to attend Mass in person. They and members of the clergy meet in the Parish Center at 9:30 a.m. Thursday mornings for Morning Prayer and visitation assignments. The Ministers also visit Catholics weekly in various nursing homes within our local area. Visits include a brief prayer service and distribution of Holy Communion. Prayer Shawl Ministry:
While praying, All Saints parishioners knit or crochet shawls at home or as a group for those in need of comfort or to celebrate a marriage, graduation, birth of a child, etc. The shawls are made by human hands so the recipient can wrap him or herself in God’s loving care. Social Outreach Commission:
We have many opportunities for outreach within our own community, our local community and our broader world communities. We strive to promote service to these communities as well as promoting an awareness of broader social issues.

Members of our community contact new families to welcome them and offer resources. A friendly voice, a smile, and a visit help our new familes feel welcomed into our All Saints family. PARISH AND SOCIAL LIFE
Boosters:
All Saints Boosters offer a variety of sports for boys and girls. The purpose and function of this organization is to model and teach sportsmanship in a Christian environment. The Board consists of a Moderator and seven Members-at-Large. There is an Activity Director for each major sport undertaken by the club. Parental involvement is essential to the success of this program. We welcome students to be a part of our various athletic programs. Our teams are open to all students attending All Saints School or who are parishioners actively participating in our PREP program. Fish Fry:

Ministry of Mothers (MOMs):
The mission of the MOMs group is to join moms together to provide social and spiritual support in raising families with Catholic values. We do this through a variety of ways including monthly meetings, play dates, evening social events (for both moms and for couples), and volunteering in our community. Our monthly meetings are held once each month from 6:30-8:30p.m., September through May in the Parish Center. There is no annual registration process or fee and no minimum meeting commitment to participate. Missionary Families of Christ (MFC):
MFC is a community dedicated to evangelization in order to strengthen the family and to stand in defense of the culture of life. It has ministries not only for married couples but also for widows, widowers, divorced men & women, single men and women, college students, teen-agers and kids. MFC believes that Christian family renewal can best be achieved by inviting Jesus to be the Lord of our homes by allowing the power of the Holy Spirit to lead our family lives through the full use of all spiritual gifts at our disposal. Members meet weekly in groups of five to seven couples (or up to 14 individuals) to study the bible, discuss insights and share experience-based learnings. The Finance Commission assists the Pastor and Director of Finance in accounting for revenue and expenditures, prepares the annual budget, monitors the financial condition of the Parish, and makes recommendations to the Pastor.
